Adhere to all safety rules when using kitchen equipment and when preparing meals, to avoid reckless contamination and possible dangers.. Ensuring meals are prepared in accordance to nutrition guidelines.. Vegetable preparation before service time, wash, peel and chop all varieties that are used in dishes.. Check all stock received is in fresh and consumable condition to avoid food poisoning on learners and educators.. Regular hygiene care and maintenance in and around kitchen area and dining area, before and after meal time.. Proper handling of cookware equipment, kitchen utensils and making sure that they are clean and neatly packed away at end of day.
