Check all stock received is in fresh and consumable condition to avoid food poisoning on learners and educators.. Regular hygiene care and maintenance in and around kitchen area and dining area, before and after meal time.. Proper handling of cookware equipment, kitchen utensils and making sure that they are clean and neatly packed away at end of day.
