Learned a lot about the Frieght Industry making and receiving calls. Learned to combine Sales and Customer Service as this is a client based industry and you objective is to have clients return with further loads. I also was resposible for creating contracts. I wss basically in charge of the whole process from start to finish 24hrd a day, 7 days a week. Webdid have dayd ofr but i still recived calls fron clients on the weekends and I would also recieve calls fron the truckersbat any time.
