I have 1 year experience as a customer service representative I was employed by western union I thought I was a fairly easy job position I started habdeling customers with corrections and process of money transfers and after a month moved up to the fraud department.my communication and typing skill improved tremendously I learned to take the role for what it is and disregard rude and unpacient customers.i handeled every situation with empathy and patience but also effectively.
