Okay, the last time I was faced with a challenge while working with a team and how did I contribute in the result. One of the activities, we had what we call position guide. There is something that's called position guide. So when we pick people, we will go today you are working here, today you are working here. So it happened on that particular day that there wasn't like many of us, like we were a few number, only find out we were gonna get really busy. So when we started getting busy, the customer were home and the orders were not coming out. So what I literally do, using the number of people that I have, I had to change the whole position guide and put people aces in their places. That's what we used to call it. Change people and put them in their places according to their strength. And to put people according to their strength, then that's how our money should flow. So when I changed and put people according to their strength, this one is very good at this piece, this one is very good at this piece, this one is very good at making burgers, then that's how our money should flow. I changed the position and all of a sudden things started getting better and better swiftly, and the money to our customers was much higher.
