Manage billing and collections for all 21 Circularity Initiative client accounts, maintaining healthy cash flow through disciplined invoicing cycles and structured follow-up on receivables.. Negotiate sales of recovered materials with offtakers and recyclers, managing pricing and relationships on the revenue side of the MRF.. Manage the client pipeline from lead to signed contract, driving revenue growth across retail, B2B, and SME waste management partnerships, and co-developing sales and revenue strategy with senior leadership.. Maintain service level agreements with clients and vendors, backed by a proactive issue-escalation protocol that keeps complaint resolution within 24 hours.. Oversee daily site operations: quality control of sorted and baled materials against buyer specifications; machine maintenance scheduling and downtime tracking; and fleet scheduling, fuel monitoring, and driver management.. Enforce health and safety standards across the facility, including safety briefings, PPE compliance, incident reporting, and safe machine operation protocols for a 70+ person operation.. Oversee inventory management with close monitoring of stock and sales, investigating and resolving discrepancies to keep stock records accurate and protect revenue integrity.. Coordinate a remote 8-person marine cleaning team at Malindi Port, Zanzibar, running tide-based planning, automated reporting, and petty cash management for the remote team.. Author and maintain SOPs across departments, working directly with department heads to standardise workflows during rapid scale-up.. Lead the Clean Highways project in partnership with the Tanzania Association of Tour Operators (TATO), a 3-year programme to keep the 150 km Arusha to Loduare road corridor clean by securing corporate and organisational sponsorship for all 13 road sections, protecting Tanzania’s image for tourists visiting the Serengeti ecosystem.. Direct project cycle management for plastic pollution reduction initiatives, advancing Multi-Layered Plastics (MLP) recovery aligned with UNEA resolution objectives..
