MEDICAL INTERPRETER
My role was to take either video calls or normal calls to assist with translation services to customers during their medical appointments.
INTAKE SPECIALIST
I needed to assist and retrieve patient’s information to help them out and schedule therapy sessions and also to follow up with their insurance company about their medical records and claims.
