Senior Operator on the Winder
Removing jumbo(reel of paper) from kitchen rail and positioning in winding machine, using semi-goliath crane. Pulls covering sheet of paper through winder which is guided by threading devices and guide rolls. Starts machine and regulates speed of winder to maintain even winding. The sheet of paper is cut into customer desired widths by cylindrical knives which rotates as the winder is running. Responsible for examining paper for any defects. The machine would be stopped during winding and defective sections would be cut out
Bacon Slicer Operator
Cut products using slicing machine. Make adjustment according to the products size. Type in dimension on computerized slicing machine. Position products on infeeder conveyor. Select desired number and thickness of slices. Receive customer feedback and correct issues. Inspect machine for malfunctions. Remove debris or clogs in machine. Lubricate slicing machine. Ensure products are sliced at the correct temperature. Basic service of machine every weekend
