Technical owner of the dispatch and safety platform across four mine sites, 1,000+ machines, 60 km of haul roads and 10 mining contractors, leading 24 direct reports within a project team of around 120.. Led the move from manual to real-time dispatch (GPS, speed and payload data); with the mine control team, response time fell from 15-20 minutes to 2-3 minutes.. Worked with contractor safety teams to bring in zone-based geofencing and automatic speed limits, backed by fatigue monitoring and collision warning.. With IT and OT teams, stood up 24/7 mine control rooms and extended radio and 4G coverage along the haul roads.. Coordinated the fleet-wide install of GNSS, telematics, tablets and cameras, and trained 3,000+ operators and around 50 technical staff.. Set up the site-wide digital radio network (repeaters, emergency channel, thousands of radios) and tied every radio ID to a verified operator record covering identity, permit and work zone.. Built the groundwork for autonomous haulage: the network, workflows and data AHS needs, plus a semi-autonomous transition workflow.. Developed a production simulator (Python, SQL Server) from 170,899 haul-truck shifts. Mine planning uses it to test haul plans before committing trucks.. Prototyped an in-house FMS (React) with dispatch, loading and dump views, now the reference for vendor talks and FMS trials.. Created a QR identity system that shows a worker's permit, training, vehicle and job in one scan, replacing paper checks for staff and contractors.. Wrote RFPs and vendor comparisons for drone survey, camera and LTE projects, budgeting the drone package at about IDR 3.35 billion.

Production Control and Automation Lead Engineer
Led reliability and safety for the automated crushing operation at a 60,000+ tonnes-per-day limestone and aggregates site, with 200+ people in scope.. With plant operators and maintenance, brought in real-time line monitoring and anti-bridging feed logic.. Designed and commissioned the crusher control room, moving 12 operators out of noisy, dusty field posts.. Linked crusher and quarry with the quarry FMS team, matching truck arrivals to crusher demand, and supervised operators against the hourly tonnage target.
Fleet Management System (FMS) Shift Engineer
Appointed the site's first FMS engineer and a main lead of the greenfield Wenco project, from tower survey to live dispatch.. Surveyed tower sites and installed solar-powered Rajant towers and repeaters site-wide, keeping a 24-hour mesh network running where grid power could not reach.. Tuned queue, loading and dumping rules every shift for Caterpillar 6030, 6020B, 993K, 994K and Komatsu PC2000 units.. Tracked waiting time, operating time, tonnes per hour and payload for every loader and the Terex TR100 and Komatsu HD785 trucks.. Fed FMS data into SQL and Power BI for hourly plan reviews with supervisors, and linked maintenance alerts to SAP PM work orders.
