One of the things that I like the most in a job like this is to provide to a customer the resolution that they are looking for, or, at least, provide them a solution that be as close as possible to the one that they want. In a job like this, it is reachable. Plus, the customer have the possibility to see the face of the person that is attending their request, which improves the communicaction and in the best of the cases, the sense of empathy and support from the assistant to the customer.
