Coordination and follow up of imports from Europe to Costa Rica.. Ensure compliance with import/export, contract, and government requirements.. Screen orders for compliance with the business unit Terms and Conditions, Agreements and Standards.. Receive, review and process customer purchase orders and accurately upload, enter, and book the related order in corresponding systems.. Track and monitor the data flow between the internal and external parties.. Review, analyze and update the different changes requests from the suppliers such as qty, price, delivery dates to make sure the all the date in our systems and our requests are correct.. Give follow ups the requests that requires different approvals.. Keep the master date info related with prices updated in the system, to provide to most accurate PO's translat[ion] through our system to the supplier EDI system.. Keep monitoring inventories levels to plan orders, contingency, check expiration dates of material to reduce those inventories.

Master data control of the data related with codes in system, keep update date and create reports to follow up the issues with master date of the different planner of the team, weekly review of indicator of master data..
