Support a lean deal team in screening, due diligence, IC preparation and portfolio monitoring on 10+ deals (US$20B+ aggregate EV) alongside Apollo, KKR, CVC, Carlyle, Warburg Pincus, Permira, Cinven and American Industrial Partners.. Prepare IC-ready Situation Overviews (SO), Due Diligence Highlights (DDH) and quarterly Qualitative Assessments (QA), and take part in the team’s go / no-go discussions on whether and how to invest.. Clearwater Analytics | US$8B+ take-private of a NYSE-listed investment accounting and data SaaS platform, alongside Warburg Pincus and Permira: assessed AI-disruption risk, leverage, entry valuation and the integration of three 2025 acquisitions.. Global Sport Group | Recapitalization of CVC’s multi-sport commercial-rights platform (LaLiga, Ligue 1, Six Nations, WTA, Volleyball World): analyzed leverage, entry multiple, GP alignment, and media-rights and counterparty risk.. BASF Coatings (Surventis) | €7B+ carve-out led by Carlyle and QIA: evaluated separation and stand-alone execution, raw-material pass-through, automotive cyclicality and exit optionality.. Also worked on JFK Terminal 6 (US$4.2B airport PPP), TK Elevator (TKE), Moneybox, Bold Production Services, Teneo, McGraw Hill Education, Golden Goose, Vitamin Well and AquaShip.. Led the deal team’s AI and Excel automation: built shareable AI skills (reusable workflows) that draft SOs, QAs and deal-log entries, automated workbooks with VBA macros, proposed new AI use cases and trained the team, freeing up an estimated ~2 days per week (~40% of the weekly workload).
