Thank you. I'm Vincent Machele, 23 years old, who work under pressure and who have ability to work to any condition or situation and even to work extra times or night.

Good day to everybody. I'm Hosi Machelen, applying for a job. I'm a good person. I have ability to work hard and to work night shift.

Situation, I can tell you about my situation. 2020, 2017, I worked at Pick and Pay housey. So I was a cleaner and I was patient to everybody, including our staffs. So sometimes, if we are busy cleaning, someone is passing and someone is throwing some papers, everybody was busy. So I understand while I'm at work, I have to be patient and I have to do my job completely and I have to put more effort to make my job clean all the time. And I have to apply patience to everybody to apologize and to accept any apology so that the work can be easy to me, even how bad it is. I have to take it easy so that as I apply in my mind that I'm a general assistant and I'm a maintenance, I have to keep every place clean all the time before my time to knock off available. And even they ask me to do the extra time, I have to do that. Thank you.

Thank you. I start with challenges. The challenges I experienced in my life while I started to work from 2017. I was working under shops for a maintenance, sweeping, they were sweeping, they were and cleaning outside, outside cleaning like I can mention that outside the building, picking papers. So they explained that the challenges that I experienced, I have to be patient and I have to, if there is something that is not good, yeah, I have to report to my HOD or manager. Or if I'm in a situation where I'm not, I'm not in a good, I'm not good, like, as I mentioned earlier, maybe I saw something that is not good, I have to take care of it and I have to be in love with my job and I have to engage myself to everything as a general worker, because the general worker, I'm not, I, I'm expecting to clean.
