Oh, it was a nice experience. Like, uh, it was uh it's a, it was something new to me, operating a wheelchair, um, learning about a stoma bag, uh learning about a catheter, uh learning how to uh address a wound, you know, psychiatric people, psychiatric wards, like I learned a lot. I learned a lot. So, yeah, it was very nice. It was very nice.

It wasn't easy. I got a challenge while working in a team. So there was a team, there was, in my team, there was people who didn't work the way things...

It wasn't easy. The challenge I faced when working with the team is that the team, some they didn't want to work with us. Maybe you get a patient with a stroke, you get a patient who is not mobile, who is bedridden, so, you know, the patient needs fully care and help. So some of them, they were just running away from it, that, okay, if maybe the patient pooped herself or himself, they will run away. So I'll just, I sit them down, you know, no, we don't work like that. We are called for this and we have a heart for helping people. So let's just work, let's just work with love and care. I think that will be something.

Okay, the challenge I faced while working as with a team, they didn't like uh uh holding patients. They didn't like uh helping patients, maybe at the bathroom, you know, when they poo, they don't want to wash them or wipe them. Like for them, it was disgusting and they don't call me that I must come and they know that like I can do anything and I love my job and I'm not, I'm not a faint-hearted. Um I know my job, it's my calling. So yeah, that's the challenge like I came through with, but uh. Uh things went okay, things got better after um after I told them, you know what, as as we are, we are caregivers guys, you know, uh we are called for this. You need to get to, uh, you get used to it and do your job. It's not easy, but you must just do your job. So love them the way they love us, so you cannot do this without love. So you need to have love and care so that you can conquer um the the the caregiving job, the caregiving uh work. So that's how I resolved it.
