Communication is very important in the workplace. On these modern days, communication you can use via emails or telephone call office to office, or call up upon a meeting to sit down and what you do or what I did to make sure that my team, everyone understood the communication, I make sure that I get into details. Everyone who has a question need to ask. Then I don't argue or I don't communicate in a way that to say, whatever I say goes, but as a team worker or as a team, you have to understand that everyone must put an opinion on whatever you put on the table so that everyone can understand when it comes to the conclusion of the final decision that we've taken, that this now, this is how we communicate, this is what we're gonna do, this is what's going to happen, so and so on the deadline, or this must be done before this day, or this must be completed today. So everyone, when you agenda the meeting, must understand that what you were talking about needs to be done on a certain time. So communication is very key and we have to respect everyone in the workplace because everyone were equal, from manager to general workers. Because without no one on that pipeline, there is no work for everyone. So in the workplace, communication is very key at all times.
When it comes to strategy to use when managing time, because time management is very effective and it's very important in the workplace, because everything works under deadline. There are goals that need to be met. So a strategy is determined on how which task are you given and what strategy or attack you must use to tackle the problem on time. So, for example, if I'm given a task to be completed in the next three days, which it requires more time, I put more effort on the job, focused on it. I give my all best to focus on the job. I find a way to work smart, not hard, but you have to think on the task which you are given to work so that everything is completed on time.
Yeah, last time when I solved the problem during It was when I was working in the Department of Education in Bushbuckridge, Bushla District, where the problem on payment for child, the suppliers, some didn't get paid on time. So what I did is I conducted a meeting to resolve to see on which date we started about those ones who were not paid on time, resolve the problem by managing to make sure that we captured the vouchers, make sure we meet the deadline, and as a team, we managed to pay them and the complaint was resolved through all the suppliers. So what I know is as a team, if you're working as a team, you have to come to a certain agreement that both you and the suppliers will be happy depending on what grounds and which agreement you made on. So what I know is to be in the team or to be a team player, you have to understand the values of the organisation, the demand of the supplier to make sure that every time you have to put an extra working hard, you have to be determined on what you're doing as a person to reach the goals of the organisation. So that's what I can I say to be solving problems and to make sure that deadlines are met, to make sure that both parties are happy at all time. Conflict is not there at always. I know that we're human beings, some will disagree to agree, but you have to meet the common ground.
