Hi again, what strategies do you use to stay organized and manage your tasks effectively in a busy environment? Well, time management becomes easier when the plan is simple. When you're stressed, when sometimes you are busy in an environment, well, sometimes you have to set up a distraction face and keep a discipline all the time and manage time proactively. Usually, I think teamwork really helps your strategies to take your task effectively. Sometimes you have to embrace imperfect progress, I guess, because small wins, they move you forward, I guess. Hi, I'm back again. Tell us about a time you faced a challenge while working in a team. How did you contribute to resolving the issue? Well, the time I faced a challenge, if I remember very correctly, I was pregnant and I was a security checker. At that time I was working at Pico Hardware, and I was the only one at that week because we used to stand. We didn't have chairs to sit. So just imagine working nine hours standing, being a pregnant woman, having to assist like customers. And especially when it's a month end, it becomes busy at the door. You have to recheck the stock. You have to recheck. Like if sometimes they catch us, they used to sometimes when it's like end of, they used to fluctuate with the prices and then you have to make sure that the pricing of the customers, like customers, if he or she buys something, it's in a correct position and correct pricing because sometimes we used to have markdown prices. And we have to make sure that the correct items are being loaded on the trucks. We have to make an up and down and remember that time we're not even going to lunch. So yeah, I think that was the biggest challenge, but I had to endure because I did know that my job comes first because without that job, I wouldn't be there. I wouldn't be there. Well, I've had many job experiences for like example, my first job, it was in 2013. After my dropping out at school, my first job, it was a restaurant. I was working at the Huntsman, extension 8, Clifton. After that, I worked at, it was this lodge, it was a guest house. I worked there for three years. Well, after that I worked at Pick and Pay. Under this new contractorship, it was help you work. It was working under Pick and Pay, but we didn't work that long because we were picking and packing and packing. We used to work night shifts there. We didn't last long because our manager didn't prioritize us to be permanent. So yeah, that was the reason. And then after that, I got, another job at Bucco. By that time, it was called Timber City, and then it changed to Penny Pinchers, and then it changed to Bucco. Then from there, I went to work at Powerbilt Hardware, of which I worked a period of about one year something, a couple of months. And then I worked also at Midas, which I only worked there for three months, and then I was pregnant, and unfortunately, the job had to end because I didn't ever finish my contract, so my contract had to end. Hi, I hope you're well. My name is Princess Razi, residing at the bank while being an unemployed mom of three. Well, the time I was working, well, at my previous workplace that I can say it was an excellent, very, very, very excellent service that I used to provide there. Actually, I was working as a security checker. But that job, it didn't entail only doing the security checker, but it entails mainly many roles to help to, like, have good communication skills, good customer service, being helpful there and there, loading in each and every department like cement, etc. So each and every day, we have to go up with your head held high because that job, it was meaning each and everything to me. It was my everything. It was my lifestyle, my goal. And my customers were actually even more happier, more happier because I gave them my best. I gave them my best. Thank you.
