Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification.. Carrying out site visits and surveys.. Prepare daily activities report submits to department.. Keeping detailed records of the progress of the Works, the Contractor’s construction equipment, labour deployment and material usage on a day-to-day basis.. Ordering machinery and materials.. Attend the weekly meeting conducted by manager and discuss with site senior engineers.. Monitoring environmental protection measures & reporting of any incidents.. Monitor the performance of site Management and Supervisory Staff in their respective works by setting up the management procedures programmer.. Performs duties of specific trades when necessary.. Ensuring that all tasks assigned to the team are completed efficiently and to the highest professional standards possible within the company safety requirement.. Responsible for the neat appearance of self and your team during working hours and to ensure personal hygiene is prioritized for all team members.. Ensuring that all technical equipment manuals, subcontractor’s scope and safety manuals are read and understood.. Ensure there is a consistent drive for innovative approach in product delivery and services to both internal and external customers.. Responsible for follow up and coordination of all maintenance works e.g. Electro-Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry & Painting, Cleaning & Utility, Buildings & Preventive Maintenance, etc.
