The Box Office team is in charge of the entire entertainment booking services for the guests on board the cruise ships. As a Box Office Manager, I need to make sure of the show bookings system, provide detailed information about the shows in the different types of advertisements, train the team when there is updates or new policies to follow. nnGuests satisfaction and concerns about the entertainment department is always a priority to deal with.
