Previous experience has led and show me a good "know how" and I like to take calls. Hi, my name is Francisco and I have been a customer service associate for many years now. I have been a phone agent for Amazon, for Verizon customer service, for Choice Hotel Sales Division as a group sales agent and regular room reservations as well.
