Planned and delivered monthly content calendars of 88 pieces across 5 platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn), running three simultaneous workstreams: current month, next month and the month after. Managed the production calendar end to end, from brief to asset delivery, in Google Sheets and Google Slides.. Scheduled on-site and in-store shoot days for 22 TikTok pieces per month, with 2 crews shooting simultaneously, and managed the brief, delivery and quality control of 8 more pieces with a creator agency.. Acted as point of contact for 12 Coppel stakeholders, including senior level: requested approvals, managed publishing calendar changes and organized internal and client meetings to review creative and final artwork.. Managed two AI-assisted content projects for Club de Protección Motos and Club de Protección Celulares: ROCK developed scripts and copy, external agencies produced 3 assets per club, and I ran the review and approval process.. Worked with an influencer marketing agency on Coppel's influencer proposal: briefed against the target audience, reviewed proposals and quotes, and shortlisted 8 profiles down to 4 (selected by Coppel).
Led operations for 12 core PepsiCo México Foods brands (Sabritas, Doritos, Cheetos, Ruffles, Emperador, Chokis) and 19 support brands in a high-volume, multi-agency environment, working in English with PepsiCo teams.. Designed review and approval workflows in Hootsuite (with tiered approvals), Khoros and Sprinklr to move content faster from draft to publication.. Coordinated the reactive content workflow: trend assessment, pitch to the brand team with examples and KPIs, and final artwork through 4 brand-side approvals, around 5 hours on average. Example: the Symphony trend in pastel colors for Cheetos earned 1,768 organic likes, more than paid content.. Used social listening and trend data from the Social Analytics team to prepare one-pagers with insights and content proposals for the brand team, and briefed the Social team on the approved direction.. Coordinated the adaptation of hero pieces into formats for different social networks and channels.. Managed estimates, forecast and invoicing for service retainers of approximately MXN 23 million, and for additional projects such as event coverage and on-site content creation.. Led a 16-person structure across three teams (Community Management, Social Analytics and Customer Experience).. Designed tracking, documentation and coordination processes adopted by internal teams and external agencies, improving visibility and decision-making speed.. Led the operational transition of the account from Gelattina to NATIVO, ensuring continuity and knowledge transfer.

Designed a centralized operating rhythm for 18 PepsiCo brands and 5 creative agencies, with 100% on-time delivery across 50+ weekly deliverables.. Coordinated content deliverables for social media and paid media (posts, videos, carousels, stories, banners), ensuring brand safety, legal review and campaign alignment.
