Take overall coordination responsibility for project activities implementation in Municipiu Manatuto and Manufahi to ensure effective coordination with Local Government Authority at Municipal level are established.. Collaborate and coordinate with relevant local government institution such as Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Adimistrador do Posto, and Chefe Suco, includes stakeholder to support and assist the implementation of project activities in target Municipiu.. Assist the project team to undertake stock assessment and value chain assessment of red snapper fish in south coast of Timor-Leste water, trainings and capacity building to improve sustainable and economic viability fishers targeting red snapper.. Provide necessary assistance and support to the project team to undertake pollution hotspot analysis for Timor Leste portion of Arafura Tmor Seas (ATS) regions that is Covalima, Viqueque and Manufahi;. Coordinate with local authority and relevant stakeholder for the training on oil spill preparedness and response in the south coast region (Covalima, Viqueque and Manufahi).. Provide support and assist implementation of the new Marine Protected Area (MPA) to be established in Betano-Klakuk, Municipiu Manufahi.. Provide support and assist the implementation of Integrated Coastal Management (ICM) in Postu Administrative Barique, Municipiu Manatuto.. Provide assistance in terms of coordination with appropriate community representatives and other relevant stakeholder to implement all base line assessment, studies, stocktaking, trainings and campaign/awareness activities to be undertaken in Municipio Manatuto and Manufahi;. Coordinate the collection of information, monitoring project progress and impact evaluation include carrying out regular monitoring activities to ensure measurement of project achievement with special emphasis on the result of UNDP’s contributions;. Convene periodic meetings with local authorities to support implementation of project activities in all target area in Municipiu Lautem, and Viqueque include implementation of all aspect of community engagement and awareness in all project areas and assist the project team in the identification of beneficiaries.. Foster, establish and maintain links with other related projects and collaborative actors in the municipality. Liaise and coordinate with UN agencies NGOs and other agencies involved in support of the local community.. Undertake any other duties requested by UNDP Climate Change and Sustainable Ecosystem Unit (CCSEU) program manager and project coordinator.
