Lead the co-ordination of all external audits by writing up the scope to receive proposals, ensuring proposals are signed off, engaging with the various service providers to ensure that all NCP and service provider requirements are met prior to the auditors arriving on site and address systems queries.. Prepares Audit programmes, Audit schedules and ensure they are always updated and communicated to the business.. Coordinate various internal and external audit bookings.. Conduct internal and suppler audits in compliance to ISO: 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 17020:2012, requirements to guarantee certification/accreditation for business sustainability.. Compile audit reports and share with the business.. Analyze integrated management system performance and ensure continuous improvement.. Track closure of internal and external audit findings on the system, Verify implementation & effectiveness of actions taken by assessing incidents and identifying similar repeat non-conformances and identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure business SHEQ business objectives and targets can be met to promote continuous improvement.. Collaborate with various departments to investigate SHEQ and management system non-conformances and SHEQ incidents are investigated, and corrective actions are put in place.. Quality and Process control Technician – Lab Supervisor
Compile Quality & process control daily, weekly & month end reports.. Conduct internal SHEQ audits in accordance with, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards and close auding findings.. Develop schedule for internal ISO 9001 Audits.. Ensure internal ISO 9001 audits are conducted and findings are closed-off to ensure continuous improvement of the Quality management system.. Participate and represent the Quality and Process department in external ISO 9001, ISO 14001 &ISO 45001 audits.. Manage the NCR (nonconformance reports) system by ensuring product deviations are investigated and countermeasures are put in place to prevent reoccurrence.. Develop, monitor & review Standard operating procedures (SOP’S), Log sheets, task-based risk assessments and ensure all product specifications are up to date with latest process, quality as safety improvements.. Investigate Customer Complaints to determine root cause, implement sustainable corrective actions and provide feedback to process engineer and plant manager.. Develop quality specification agreements for raw material suppliers.. Provide training to Quality and process control team and Production team on quality and process improvements and ensure gaps on skills matrix are closed.. Oversee quality and process control team and daily activities, in-process testing, end-product testing, raw material testing and ensure good laboratory practices are adhered to, quality deviations are investigated, and countermeasures are put in place.. Conduct statistical trends of Laboratory results for data analysis and projects.. Manage Quality and process control step zero board, Quality and process control pillar and Quick kaizen system..
