Well, I try to familiarize with the problem to be 100% involved in that problem, understand it, and talk with my teammate. Once I talk with my teammate, I try to find the easiest and the correct way to fix this issue.

I would use folders organized with labels, but I think the the uses tool for this thing is the spreadsheets, where I can put the name, where was the when was the last review of the file, and when we need to do the the next revision of the file.

Hi, my name is Rodrigo, where when I successfully managed multiple tasks or projects when it's in my actual job, I'm a pickleball club general manager, but my bosses are from the United States, so the things that we made remotely was the tournaments here in Cochabamba, also in Santa Cruz, most of all in the cities of Bolivia. They tried to find the sponsors, for example, Steel, Rule Escapes, and other little companies that help us with the prizes. So it was a remotely operation all the time, using Monday, Google Meet, also Teams, and Google Calendar.
