Coordinated implementation of the HDFC Bank CSR Parivartan Holistic Rural Development Programme (HRDP) across 15 villages, ensuring timely execution, documentation, and reporting of project activities.. Managed comprehensive project documentation, MIS, data entry, data validation, database maintenance, and reporting for programme activities and beneficiaries.. Prepared monthly MIS reports, progress reports, activity reports, narrative reports, beneficiary databases, and project trackers for HDFC Parivartan reporting.. Compiled field-level data from village teams, verified information, and consolidated it into structured reports for project monitoring and donor reporting.. Maintained records of farmer registrations, trainings, SHGs, agriculture interventions, enterprise activities, government-scheme linkages, and project indicators.. Collected and maintained supporting evidence including photographs, attendance and training records, beneficiary details, and implementation updates.. Supervised a 15-member field team, including task allocation, field monitoring, data collection, reporting follow-up, and performance review.. Coordinated with the Agriculture Department, Horticulture Department, Block Administration, Pusa agricultural institutions/KVK, and other stakeholders.. Mobilised 1,300+ rural households and 20 SHGs; facilitated farmer and community training and livelihood activities.. Facilitated government-scheme linkages for 200 farmers through DBT/PM-Kisan and connected 40 farmers with the Horticulture Department for fruit and vegetable subsidies.. Supported establishment and operationalisation of a millet processing/millet mill enterprise, including technical training, enterprise setup, FSSAI licensing, MSME registration, raw-material stock/availability, and operational documentation.. Supported rural enterprise development including millet and oilseed processing, linking agricultural production with processing and livelihood opportunities.. Supported agriculture interventions including millet cultivation, banana cultivation, soil testing, bio-input adoption, and solar irrigation.. Coordinated collection and submission of 29 soil samples covering key parameters including pH, EC, N, P, K, Zn, and B.. Supported solar irrigation interventions across 4 villages covering approximately 127 acres and millet cultivation across 10 acres.. Supported distribution of approximately 8,000 G-9 banana suckers to 40 farmers across 8 acres, including subsidy linkage and related documentation.. Facilitated more than 125 ATMA/KVK/Pusa farmer training and exposure activities, maintaining participant and activity records.. Supported village-level development activities including smart school and Anganwadi facilities.
