When I was a manager at Sam's Club, well, when I was a supervisor at Sam's Club, that's what got me my MIT position at Sam's Club, was having excellent customer service every day with all the customers. Whatever their needs were, we met them. If we couldn't, we figured out something to at least match it or make up for it. Strive for excellence in all you do. I've been in the construction industry for over 15 years of my life. Strive for excellence. I do kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring, and all of that.
