A challenging situation that over the past, well, was in my current job. I'm a rental agent, so I rent cars, and you have to explain the many useful information as the insurances in every detail, because when an accident happens, they come here to with a claim, and you need to explain them why the insurance did not apply for that kind of accident, mostly because of negligence, and you are being, you're trying to be kind with them, explaining that why it's not going to be applied, and that is something why I handle every day, but handling customer complaints and explain everything is part of the job, but I always try to do it in a kind way and in a way that they can understand easily, because well, you're part of the company, you're the face of the company, and you need to give them the service at the same time when you try your best to help them.
