Site HSE Client Representative

Monitoring related activities within project sites and conducting daily/ weekly inspections and periodic HSE audits and ensuring the work being carried out is in line with approved JSA, Risk Assessment, and Method Statement and approved Permit to Work System.. Identifying and implementing risk reduction measures in all areas and phases of construction etc.

Implement HSE management systems at site / field level, according to the Company HSE guidelines and standards. Ensure the management of all the HSE issues for the site / field. The offshore HSE representative reports to Project HSE Management.. Provide necessary support to ensure the correct development, management, and improvement of the Project HSE Management System throughout the construction and installation phases (EPIC Projects) of the project.. Provide necessary support to ensure that all construction activities carried out by Company and subcontractors are conducted in strict accordance with the Client HSE Requirements, applicable local legislation, International Standards (ISO14001and OSHAS18001).. Provide necessary support to ensure that Project HSE plans and Procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project life.. Identify safety criticalities and environmental sensitive areas and design and implement mitigation measures.. Lead accident / incident investigation.. Participate in site HSE risk management and Occupational Safety Risk Assessment.. Act as HSE focal point for the work developed at site / field level.. Ensure the emergency response plan for any identified potential event are tested and applied.. Perform HSE inspections on weekly basis at site level.. Promote environmental and safety awareness among the workforce and hold regular site meetings with supervisors, workers, sub-contractors.. Provide HSE support and advice to the project/site management.. Interface with Client Representative and Authorities.. Ensure protection of Environmentally Sensitive areas.. Ensure the implementation of spill prevention and contingency plan, Waste/Chemical/Water Management Plan.. Ensure Project HSE training and induction programs implementation at site level.. HSE KPI reporting to Project HSE Management level.. Safety Observation Card management and reporting to Project HSE management level.

HSE Advisor (In Manufacturing Facility)

Support the line managers to implement HSE policies & procedures, establish safety guidelines & assist workforce to follow the Oceaneering Live Saving Rules and meet all the CPY expectations.. Communicate effectively with personnel at all level including client representative and onshore project team/managers.. Assess risks and develop risk control measures suitable for the work being undertaken.. Carry out HSE assessment & periodic workplace Audit as well as incident investigation.. Conduct HSE trainings, chair daily, weekly and monthly HSE meetings.

Offshore HSE Advisor

Ensure operations, maintenance and other related activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner in full compliance with company requirement.. In close liaison with senior installation personnel, monitor, coach and ensure the safe effective compliance with all CPY Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines& Contractual requirements.. Direct safe & efficient compliance with HS&E Regulation, Codes, relevant guidance and industry best practice as required by the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.. Ensure that all accident & Incident are fully reported Investigated and actioned.. Make planned visits to worksites & carry out regular inspections, assessments and audits according to the CPY requirement to recommend improvements & remedial actions, in writing if appropriate.. Attend all the meetings including the client’s, Prepare & make the weekly meetings presentation.

HES Representative, Mafumeira Sul Project (Construction)

Assist the project work force to meet Chevron Operational Excellence expectations: Achieve an IIF workplace.. Preparing all the HES weekly reports, Leading & Lagging Indicator and BBS tracking.. Conduct Incident Investigation and support HES Lead in reporting all the incident and update the incident log.. Assist with Incident and Injury Free (IIF) program and support initiatives through exhibiting proper leadership behaviors, delivering training and coaching leadership team and employees.

HSE Site Supervisor, Clov Project

Assure the execution of CPY health safety and environment requirements and standards in the work site.. Identify, evaluate and eliminate anomalies and occurrences or any HSE issues. Reporting accidents and all unsafe situations to HSE Lead.. Monitor all the critical activities such as: Lifting of structures or any other loads over 10T, works on height, hot work activities, confined space activities and others.. Distribute and manage Personal Safety Equipment for Project staff, assuring the quantity in stock and proceed with request when necessary.

Implementation of Defensive Driving Training: Preparing the training modules and administer training to all SPIE Drivers.. Review, Update and improvement of HSE procedures.. Update and improvement of the Emergency Plan.

Responsible for rigging up cascade Breathing Air System & fixed electronic gas Detection.. Calibration of Fixed and portable gas Detector..
