Safety Manager
Walk construction site multiple times daily to make sure that all employees and subcontracted employees of Colt Builders are wearing all the required personal protective equipment and also to make sure that they are using safe work methods.. Write various daily reports and do daily inspections on all the equipment being operated to accomplish their work, such as forklifts, scissor lifts and boom lifts.. Do weekly safety meeting and other necessary training.
Field Superintendent Safety Manager
Implementing new safety procedures to the company safety program; train the employees on forklifts, scissor lifts and aerial lifts; do safety walks thru the production area at home office when not working on job sites as the safety manager; assist other management with the fleet maintenance program.
