There were classes I attended during the year and the classes involved:confidence development,email etiquette training,telephone skills and workplace readiness.. I was operating as a product and sales consultant whereby I performed duties such as mall activations,taxi ranks,supervision,in-store and outstore promotions and office tasks such reception,merchie calling,recruitment and warehouse assistance.
