I mean calls that were stressful. However, I managed to start this with customers. For example, I think one thing that every customer agent should have is good listening and speaking communication. And what I'm saying about listening communication is that you need to listen carefully to the customer's request and solve the problems in the best way. Because if you don't listen well, you could provide a bad solution or a bad solution. And you need to help the customer with good listening communication and also provide the best solutions for the customer. So, yeah, I think that is a very theme that the customer agent should have in his operational career and also to look at well with the account, the customer, look at the necessity of the customer, and also to have so many, so much patience, because if you are a person that doesn't have so much patience, it's not going to be good for you to create communication. Listen carefully and have so many patience, and if there is necessary, explain one time and another again the situation to the customer if it is required.
