One of our previous customers had asked us to come in to clean their carpets in their house. They had the entire house filled, you know, laid out with carpets on the surface, and they needed it to be cleaned because it hadn't been cleaned in years. So we took all our required tools and equipment to their house, to their residence, and onto the site, and we spent the entire day cleaning their carpets thoroughly and to the utmost professional way that we could, and we did the best job that we could. We did a good job of it and we left. And the next day as we were accepting payment, they said that we had not done a good job and that there were still a few stains and that they were not happy about it. And they complained thoroughly to us about their situation and how that we had not done a thorough job of cleaning their carpets. So we simply told them that we will come back in there and you must just let us know where the problem is and what we can do to fix it and just let us know at your own convenience and whatever time you need us to come in, that we will come in. He told us to come in the very next day, so we decided that we would come in. We saw that the certain spots, we saw that the spots that we had left clean had fairly new stains on them that could have only been that could have only resulted from liquid being dropped the night before. However, we did not complain or get angry at the customer as that would be completely unprofessional. Instead, we apologized profusely to them and we cleaned up the stain without any extra charge involved in it as on the house to keep the customer satisfied. That was one instance of a challenging interaction that we had with the customer, but we assured him that we were very sorry about this and that

Uh, every time we went on site to wash a car, we always made it a point to market our uh our car washing uh liquids, um so that if they ever needed to do it on their own, they had the best of the best quality materials and products uh that we provided.
