All right, so regarding this question, I usually give role plays and scenarios to my students because I also have a call center background in my experience. So what I do is that I usually provide them with scenarios and role plays about real situations where their English should be used and probably not in a conversational way, but it will be like more in a business way. So, yeah, that's the type of lectures I have for my students and they have been very happy and it's been very beneficial for them to receive these classes. So thank you.
