Contribute to the development of PIH’s vision, mission and strategy and lead the development of the business unit’s strategy ensuring its alignment with the broader objectives of the organization.. Advise, prepare, draft, review, comment and/or negotiate complex contractual documents, and other relevant legal documentation for local or international projects.. Participate in the review and negotiation process of various tenders and contracts with clients and also have experience of negotiating and finalizing MOUs, NDAs, consortium agreement, joint ventures, subcontractors and suppliers.. Provide legal advice and opinions on risks and related commercial issues.. Assist in supporting general business law issues and managing the legal issues of all areas of the Company, including but not limited to corporate matters, procurement, safety, security, insurance and sustainability issues.. Determine the legal risks connected with or resulting from the business strategy and operations.. Assess the compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations.. The pre-litigation and litigation management. (Social law and business law).. Translation of various documents especially administrative end legal (Arabic-French. (and English with limiter use of tools).. Laised with external agencies, lawyers, translators, bailiffs... etc.. A member of various internal committees at the company.. Managed the training process: forecasting (collection of needs, establish of the training planning), offers, monitoring actions, managing budgets, statements and reporting (tax declaration) and evaluations (personnel trained and providers) ... etc.
