Operate order picker and Reach truck equipment to retrieve, transport, and stage bulk inventory. Pick and move oversized and high-volume items accurately to support outbound operations. Follow warehouse management system (WMS) instructions to ensure correct item selection and placement. Maintain inventory accuracy while meeting daily productivity and safety goals. Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards to prevent equipment damage and workplace injuries

Operate reach truck and powered industrial equipment to move and store inventory efficiently. Train and support new warehouse associates on safety procedures, equipment use, and workflow standards. Assist leadership with monitoring productivity, quality, and safety compliance on the floor. Troubleshoot basic inventory and process issues to maintain smooth operations. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting performance targets
