Picked up soil, feed, fertilizer, and manures samples from 2 drop points in different towns using pickup truck. Delivered them to the lab same day, every day. Checked corn fields daily for growth stage – counted tassels, flowers, and looked for pests or disease on 10 blocks from 80 to 400 hectares each. Setup 400+ feed samples and 2000+ soil samples in the lab daily. Cleaned tools and followed safety steps each time. Packed 400 water test kits with brochures in 1 hour. Loaded them for field teams and customers. Installed soil moisture probes in 2-3 fields per day so farmers knew when to irrigate.

Performed manual seeds sowing of 2000+ seeds per trial, and transplanting and propagation of 300+ seedlings in the actual field during planting, after the herbicide efficacy testing.. Conducted daily area monitoring for 6 hectares of corn trials, to avoid and control problems like over flood, pest and diseases, reducing crop damage by 60%.. Prepared soil media and potting mix with calculated ratio of each medium, reduced expenses for growing media by 20%.. Implemented biosecurity procedures for affected area and remind all coworkers. Mixed and prepare chemicals for 3 pesticide trials with 9 different treatments each in a day. Operated corn sheller after harvest with at least 1000 samples daily.
