Create work orders and invoices.. Liaise with the DPS to return and deal with deposit disputes.. Follow legal procedures at all times.. Using Microsoft Word to produce and upload documents.. Weekly fire alarm checks to comply with the block management.. Organise and attend property viewings.. Assist with the advertising of properties..
