Trained on how to assure safety of people who suffer from Altzeimer’s and Dementia along with providing residents with excellent customer service, assuring they have a great experience every day.. Worked with a family of three.. Became introduced to AAC, learned how to care for a child in the autism spectrum and communicating with the child and family effectively.

Working as a housekeeper in a homeless shelter was valuable in various ways, including solving conflicts in an environment where drug addiction was present, but also ensuring quality of services was present and always being respectful with my clients.. Learned about naloxone administration and how to safely de-escalate conflicts effectively and respectfully in this position.
