Working with machines to apply scratch resistant hard coat and anti-reflection coats onto lenses.. Testing/Working with hazardous chemicals daily.. Maintaining machines for proper production.. Using hand tools / powered tools daily for chamber shield changeouts, also sandblasting used chamber shields.. Disposal of hazardous chemicals and materials.. Separated a ballot and envelope by using an extraction machine that cut the envelope from the top and side to make it easier to remove the ballot from the envelope.. Have to make sure to keep the envelopes together by their numbers, all number of envelopes must match so we can file them in the warehouse, file all envelopes by their numbers.. Took inventory, directed traffic control, had to write how many envelopes we got from every voter registration center, and made sure inventory was properly sealed.. Operated company vehicles to go to specific locations to pick up ballots and bring them back to the facility.

Package gift cards in the correct sequence making sure they go to the correct location depending on the label.. Palletize boxes to get ready for shipment.. As an operator had to switch shrink wrap on the f50 machine using hand tools/ fix alarm during daily maintenance for our machine we run.. Using hand tools to take apart shields of machines to clean and maintain routine maintenance.. We would load the gift cards onto the conveyor belt as well as run it in the cured oven to be sealed / labeled and packaged after.

At station 60 I install seat pans and backs for the base of the wheelchair using hand tools/ powered tools , and put on the correct seat belt based on customer needs.. Station 20 installed batteries into the chair based on the matrix and placed the covers for the base of the wheelchair.. Station 50 I install the afp onto the wheelchair as well as install the rails.. Station 70 we install the module onto the back with all necessary wires plugged into right functions / also installing arms onto the wheelchair.. Station 80 we program the chair by hooking it up to the computer to install the updates the chair requires so it can function appropriately.. Also install the back cover to cover up the module and wires/ Install headrest.. We also take the chair off the pushing cart onto a ramp so we can put it on the floor.
