New position responsible for developing yearly club membership sales set by Hotel Management.. Confirm the list of city hotels and companies, reach out to management, and negotiate a partnership contract.. Create a strategy to share with management. Identify repeat guests from Opera, attend city events, perform competitor checks, and ensure the product meets standards.. Perform daily activity reports and attend weekly meetings with management.

Manage all sales booking requests, handle complaints and cancellations, and provide compensation when necessary.. Design attractive packages to increase sales during peak and off-peak periods.. Monitor corporate and government group bookings, provide assistance on time, and handle incoming calls for prompt service.. Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation.
