Sometimes in a team, we don't find common ground. So what I would do is I would rather try and avoid conflict, and the way I was faced with conflict, I would avoid the conflict and do what is best for my employment and then also not trying to aggravate the colleague, just always making sure that I stay employed and stay positive within the whole thing. So I'll avoid conflict, avoid conflict at all costs. That's what I would do in resolving the problem.
When the school would close, you would have to like scrub the floor of the classroom. So what they use is a certain machine where that's scrub the floor and polishes the floor. But before you do that, you check whether the motor is burning and you add a bit of soap in it and so forth. If you done it in the soap, it releases the soap. You add a bit of water on the floor and then, but first check if the machine is working. If the machine is working, then you can use it. If not working, sometimes it would be your colleague trying to blame you for something, but always be observant, always be vigilant, and always try and avoid conflict. So you clean, make sure the thing works, and then you clean with the machine, clean up the machine, and then pack the machine back, make sure it works. That's what I would do.
Normally, all of us have different perspectives on how to tackle a challenge, but for me personally, I would take it the most creative and conducive way that the problem can be solved. Take all these aspects from each individual and try and solve the problem with using a contribution from everybody's ideas. That's basically what I would do, but teamwork is the best. If we take everybody's input, apply each and every positive part of the input, eventually it would work out for the team.
There was a time where I had to clean the front yard of a primary school tomorrow and the back, so I started in the morning. By 10 o'clock I was done. I went to the back at the playground, picked up the papers. At first break, second break, I cleaned up the center of the school. By on time I was done. Took some time, but I completed it.
