Assist the M&E to collate monthly Covid 19 positive cases and verify with the shaft social workers and HR coordinators. Provide Administration support to the Social Workers. Facilitate the submission of negative results to HR Prior to return to work. Providing all administration to the team and other adhoc duties. Check all completed work for accuracy and change any field that requires editing. Ensuring availability of Clinical stationery and Pa. Organizing electronic storage media and ensuring that both security and confidentiality is maintained on a constant basis
