Led the assigned group to me prior the deployment, made preparations, collaborated with other groups, and managed major tasks and activities in fulfilling the requirements before and during the 3-day on field affiliation.. Conducted an interview with an in-patient, observed, and recorded their behavior for the duration of the affiliation.. Produced a psychological report after conducting a series of interviews, taking notes of behavioral observations, and consulting the staff supervisors of the facility regarding the patient profile.
STUDENT CLINICAL INTERN
Observed, took notes, and adapted the flow of work, schedules and regulations to readily assist with the needs of the staff and clients alike to promote efficiency and precision.. Initiated, planned and conducted in collaboration some of the recreational and creative activities made and done by the clients in the in-patient facility.. Interviewed four clients at a time to gather and input data for their case history file, participated in the welcoming of clients to the facility and other related activities, collaborated with co-interns and clients for the group interviews, and reported to my case managers and supervisors.. Produced four case history data files and treatment plans and presented one of it to my case managers via case presentation with careful handling of confidential patient files and preserving anonimity.. Assisted and became the spokesperson in one of the required in-patient activities which is the active collaboration with the clients on handling abstinence and understanding the process of healing through their JICA handbooks.. Became the primary spokesperson in teaching Art to the clients as assigned by one of my case manager.. Did volunteer work in helping the facility look lively and colorful through artworks with the help of my co-interns.
