Develop and optimize daily delivering routes to ensure efficiency, punctuality and cost-effectiveness. Continuously adjust plans to accommodate urgent requests or unexpected changes. Respond promptly to the last minute delivery requests, ensuring the transportation of essential items. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deliveries, including, materials, receipts and conformation of delivery. Updating tracking system or completing required paperwork promptly and accurately including log sheets. Providing consistent updates to team members regarding delivery status, any delays or unexpected issues. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and address concerns proactively. Perform routine inspection of the company vehicle to ensure it remains in excellent working condition. Ensuring safety of the vehicle and goods. Report any issues or damages immediately and coordinate for timely repairs and maintenance. Keeping vehicles clean all the time. Strictly adhere to all traffic regulations, safety standards and company’s policy related to the vehicle use. Follow proper procedures for loading, unloading and handling materials to prevent accident or damages. Providing excellent customer service by being courteous, helpful and professional. Assist with preparing deliveries, loading and unloading as necessary

Store items in an orderly and accessible manner. Pack and unpack items to be stocked in storeroom. Inspect stock items for wear and defects and report damage to supervisor. Receive and count items and report discrepancies to supervisor. Ensuring correct documentation is available when receiving and dispatching stock and report discrepancies immediately to supervisor. Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Assist with storeroom duties as when and required. Inspecting incoming shipments for damages, quantity accuracy, completeness, matching items against purchase orders, sign receipts of parts/items as stated on the authorized invoice and note any items not received or ordered. Pick/select items as per the picking slip, ensure the recipient signs the picking slip for all items received. Take all authorized orders or quotes to the manager for authorization prior to the order being placed. Maintaining stock levels by recording received and distributed items, performing regular stock takes and identifying discrepancies. Arranging items in a logical manner within the storeroom to facilitate easy access and retrieval. Processing requisition from different departments, picking and packing items according to order details. Maintaining detailed inventory records, including item description, quantities and expiration dates. Conducting periodic physical count of stock to verify accuracy against system records and report any damaged, missing or incorrect items to the manager. Keeping the storeroom clean and organized, including proper labelling of shelves and bins, complying with storeroom policies and procedures and perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by manager

Assisting artisans in performing their duties. Machine/Component disassembly and assembly. Machine/Component cleaning. Recording components/machines details accurately on the job card system. Record defects comprehensively on the job card system. Comply with all company policies and procedures regarding inspection sheets. Ensure all components/machines are mechanically checked and handed to charge hand fully completed. Ensuring all special tools and equipment are available and in working condition. Complete all identified faults on the job card. Log all other identified faults on the components/machines. Hand completed job card to senior mechanic to be signed off timeously. Adhere to manufacturer s specifications as specified in the mechanical manual and computer system. Ensuring analytic tools are utilized effectively. Ensuring engine, gearbox and retarder clutch are fully understood and can be repaired as required. Ensuring post-repair checklist is done. Ensuring safety is managed at all breakdowns. Manage used parts in an orderly and responsible manner. Collecting special tools from storeroom. Perform pre and post inspections on Mechanical repairs. Perform ad hoc duties as when and required. Ensure that safety protocols are followed. Always ensuring that the details of job cards are completed. Always maintaining cleanliness of the work area
