Customer Service
Customer Service open to new opportunities
Customer service in English via phone, chat and emails.
Yes, I have customer service experience over nine years. I started or began with DirecTV and AT&T, dealing with general inquiries, support. This was via chat, and then I was able to do over the phone as well. And then my most qualified and experience that I have would be with Road America and then became a Jiro, which is basically roadside assistance, helping customers on interstate, of course, following procedures for emergencies. We set up towing services, jump starts, tire changes, winch out services, lockout services as well. Most likely, I'm very familiar with Google Maps, a lot of experiences with addresses and interstates or highways as well within, of course, the U.S. territory. And yes, that's basically my experience, a lot of customer service experience, excellent behaviors and professionalism for this matter, which is customer service. And yes, I'm very familiar with addresses.
I have over seven years of experience in CRMs, basically software to dispatch. I have experience, a lot of experience in Swoop, which is a software that we used to dispatch and set up towing services as well as some other kinds of roadside assistance. I also have experience in 5.9 or Avaya, which is like our phone application. And yeah, basically, the CRMs that I was able to use would be Swoop in Agero, and I also have experience with Road America. They also used to manage CRM tools to be able to dispatch and set up the jobs for towing services.
The most known challenge or something that is usually very common is, for example, when we send a vehicle or a delivery and the drop-off location, they are perhaps closed or not able to receive the vehicle. So we have to, of course, check the guidelines or the matrices for the delivery that we're doing to see how to proceed. Most of the cases, we do store the delivery or the vehicle until next business day, so we are able to, of course, deliver the packages or the vehicles.
Yes, so when doing manual dispatches, what I always do is try to prioritize and organize in the order I receive the dispatch and trying to be the most efficient as I can. So that helps us to solve and manually assign a service provider for the towing services that we're needing. So basically, the behaviors that I successfully apply is to be efficient, to be professional, and of course, to follow the guidelines that I have on the service request.
