Designed and built a TypeORM + MySQL persistence layer (carriers, email_domains, ers_connections, ers_trip_status) with a forward-only SQL migrations runner.. Developed a configurable reminder scheduler that tracks unacknowledged review emails, resends on a set cadence, and auto-abandons stale requests after a deadline..
