Training of policies, procedures, LSR’s, PPE, equipment etc and conducting evaluation tests (on site and depot).. Compiling health and safety files (Compiling, making alterations and getting file approved).. Conduct site visits and performing safety officer duties on site.. Compiling of risk assessments and method statements.. Compiling and communicating of lessons learned.. Compiling of mock drill/incident debriefings and raise improvements based on shortfalls. (at least 1 debrief required per month).. Get all communications done and send back to admin.. Following and enforcing procedures on site..
