Led a team of 5 over one semester to fully migrate a robotics system’s infrastructure from on-premise to a hybrid architecture (AWS + on-premise), removing the robot’s mandatory dependency on an internet connection to operate.. Designed and implemented agentic and AI architectures to give the robot decision-making and operational autonomy, researching cloud solutions on AWS and Azure applied to robotics.

Lead a team of 2 within the architecture area, the mandatory validation checkpoint for every project in the incubator before development; 3 projects reviewed since the initiative launched.. Redesigned a project’s architecture to avoid cost overruns, achieving a 30% reduction in cloud infrastructure spend.. Review proposed architectures, define objectives and improvement requirements, and design solutions that promote best practices and suitable technologies for creative computing projects.. Standardized architecture criteria using AWS as the base deployment platform.

Supported over 180 students in total across both courses (Enterprise Architecture and Software Architecture).. Enterprise Architecture: design and grade 8 workshops and 3 projects per semester. Software Architecture: design and grade 10 workshops and 3 sprints per semester.. Review student-developed architectures and design and implement reference architectures as teaching support material.
