Analyze and provide technological advice, support and analysis on software specifications for the POS system. Implement software packages to meet business requirements (configure, customize, integrate, stabilize and document). Produce technical and functional analyses required for the evolution of the POS system and business needs. Provide support and knowledge transfer to the call center

Help Coordinate the 4 iTEP centers in Ecuador. Ensure the IT operating systems are up to date and meet the requirements for Exams (Java, Audio, etc...). Manages confidential, safe storage and delivery of exams on cloud/ online. Prepare Students to Take the iTEP Exam
