Conducted pre and post inspections of all Audio/Video equipment including, panels, lighting and audio equipment as well as scaffolding and drapery.. Responsible to ensure that all AV equipment is working at the optimal performance and adherence to company standards. Diagnose and resolve any technical issues with audio, video and lighting systems. Maintained documentation including equipment logs and incident reports. Worked closely with warehouse to ensure that all equipment is delivered and returned in perfect working order.

Stagehand - Premiere large venues, Toronto

Set up/Tear Down - Unload/load all types of concert equipment from semi-trucks, pushing heavy cases to the stage, and breaking down all equipment once the event concludes. Assembling and dismantling stages, risers, barricades, and support structures.. Equipment Assistance - Assisting specialized technicians run and set up audio, video, lighting, and backline gear. Department Tasks such as as case pusher, truck loader, or general production assistant

In Shop prep and Quality Control (Summer Intern)

Provided product quality checks by implementing rigorous testing procedures and protocols for all sound, video, and lighting equipment as it arrived at the warehouse. Conducted root cause analysis, leading to the resolution of recurring product defects ensuring quality inspection. Construction of lighting and sound equipment cases for protected shipping and receiving. Provided in-shop preparation of orders involving all required equipment (video, sound, staging, lighting etc.).
