Operate and responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all stages of the spirit unit production process, from raw materials to finished product, ensuring quality and adhering to safety procedures.. Monitoring equipment, identify and correct deviations, pressure gage and temperature.. Maintain accurate records.. Recognizing and addressing any deviations from standard operating procedures or quality standards.. Taking measuring and inventory of alcohol tanks.. Loading and unloading trucks and transfer product.

Operate manual and/or automated machinery in a fast-pace, covered and uncovered manufacturing environment.. Observe equipment operation and components, such as sensors, limit switches, proximity switches, conveyor belts, and photo eyes, to detect machine malfunction.. Use touch pads and computerized equipment to program automated machinery.

Operate manual and/or automated machinery in a fast-pace, covered and uncovered manufacturing environment.. Perform preventive maintenance, set up production machinery and ensure proper machine performance..
